Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy: Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Amanamos is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages: Amanamos is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy: We currently do ship outside the United States of America. However, we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs fees, or taxes that may be incurred.

Returns Policy: Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@amanamos.com. Returns must be sent to a U.S. address that will be provided once your request is approved. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. You’re always welcome to contact us with any return-related questions at support@amanamos.com. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Please note the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: Sale items or any products purchased with a discount code (including ambassador or storewide promotions) Gift cards Custom products (including personalized or special orders) We encourage you to double-check sizing and details before purchasing discounted items, as all sale purchases are final sale. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your eligible item (if applicable), and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
